Meso Atmo
Meso Atmo does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no ads.
What the app accesses
Barometer — read through the motion sensor to measure air pressure and altitude change. Processed on the device.
Location (optional) — if you allow it, recorded sessions are tagged with where they were taken so you can compare places. Stays on your device. The app works fully without it.
Session data — recordings are stored locally. Never uploaded unless you explicitly export or share them.
Sharing with the Meso app
Contribute to Meso is a setting, and it is off unless you turn it on. Off, your recordings are stored where only this app can read them. On, they are written to a shared area other Meso apps on your phone — including the Meso app, where you can review and describe them — can read.
Your recordings are kept either way, and nothing is uploaded either way. This setting only controls which apps on your own phone can read the data. No server, no account, no transmission off the device.
